Consults and manages services related to the design and development of recruiting strategies, communications, metrics and technology to facilitate the talent acquisition process. Able to build and develop strategic partnerships to generate a pool of talent. Manages talent sourcing activities for Legato to ensure that Cost Per Hire is within the established budget. Provides support to the assigned business unit by providing market data on new or existing roles. Partners with Diversity, Field HR, Employee Relations and Legal to ensure policy, practice and process are regulatory and legal. Responsible for identifying, designing and implementing resources and software to define industry staffing capabilities and advance the function. Partners with internal teams and Diversity, Field HR, Employee Relations and Legal to ensure policy, practice and process are regulatory and legal. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports. Ensures customer satisfaction with the utilization and implementation of advanced metrics to evaluate the performance of the function. Requires a BA degree in HR or related field; Preferably with eight (8) years’ experience in recruitment and development/implementation of talent acquisition strategies; Combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
