2 Hands on experience with Power Center up to version 10.2 preferably on an AIX/Linux platform.

6 DIS Shared mailbox monitoring.
7 SNOW ticket monitoring and resolution for DIS queue.
8 Handling of SWAT calls in case of any high priority Incidents.
9 Weekend activities – monitoring automated restarts, support patching activities – stop & start of services, give go-ahead to Midrange, verifications-validations after patching, notify users.
10 Ability & adoptability to learn any new process in managing SNOW requests.
