"Implement a standardized Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process that delivers patches, minor enhancements, and major releases in an Agile fashion. Manage the deployment schedules for major, minor, break-fix, Salesforce, and vendor releases. Deliver consistent deployment schedules, accounting for any dependencies and risks along the way. Manage quality ensured change control process for development in an iterative environment. Implement, manage, troubleshoot, and support (CI) tools and processes. Environment management, coordinate sandbox strategy/refresh; oversee data/metadata deployment. Manage Bitbucket Git environment as the single source of truth, including branch management. Work with team to resolve merge conflicts, deployment errors, and meet code coverage criteria. Utilize org comparison tools to determine metadata differences between environments. Ensure automation tests and associated tools are run properly as part of CI process. Identify issues and perform root-cause analysis to ensure they are not repeated. Track release metrics and SLAs to drive improvement and report successes/failures to stakeholders. Plan and provide oversight for deployment of releases into production environments. Automate whenever possible, optimizing efficiency and quality of delivery. Salesforce Trailhead Ranger and Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer. High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 3+ years� experience as a release engineer in a CI environment, with 2 years in Salesforce. Experience with Git using Bitbucket or equivalent. Expert level skills utilizing the Force.com migration toolkit, ANT scripting, and CI tools such as AutoRabit, Capado, Bamboo or Jenkins. Experience working in a SalesforceDX environment preferred. Experience with Eclipse and Workbench. Working knowledge of Agile SDLC methodologies. "
