Strong business knowledge of health insurance products. Understanding of flow charts and program flows. Experience in medium to large scale enterprise applications. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and internal and/or external customers. Should be able to front end the discussions with business and capture requirements. Should be able to provide status and work with the stakeholders seamlessly. Should have hands on tools like MS Office, MS Visio, Mockup Tools, MS Project Professional, JIRA. Should be good in writing SQL queries. Should be able to create user stories, extracting all the information from the desired features/epics. Should be able to work with different teams, cross domain and detail the features.
