Description

  • Responsible for compiling and validating employee timekeeping data and manages hours clocked. Review and create post payroll reports based on the company’s requirements.
  • Assist in the processing of company and government-mandated benefits
  • Follow thru of requirements and documents from Talent Acquisition team
  • Provides administrative support related to Compensation and Benefits and other HR functions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment performing highly complex personnel action payroll entries and timekeeping
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves
  • Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
  • Preparing reports that include summaries of earnings, tax deductions, leave, compassionate leave and non-taxable wages
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll querie2
  • Review time sheets, verify attendance or hours worked of employees
  • Prepare and balance period-end reports (post payroll reports)
  • Uses data systems to provide support for payroll inquiries (Workday, ADP system, SNOW)
  • Carefully follows department error-control procedures and best practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across the department

Qualifications:

  • Preferably Bachelors degree
  • 1 – 3 years of experience on Payroll Assistant or relevant business experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
