Job Title: Solutions Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Gurgaon

Overview: Strong background in presales, solution design, pricing, RFP response, overall outsourcing lifecycle specializing in US Healthcare domain. Business leader with proven track record in developing, managing teams and with deep expertise in healthcare industry / US health plans. Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business and technical audiences located across the globe, and coordinate across functional stakeholders. Experience in building sales collaterals, creative pricing models, value propositions, win themes, case studies. Experienced in developing proposals and responses for large complex multi-year outsourcing deals. Prior experience in due diligence, contracting, transition programs across ITO and BPO in line with recognized best practice methodology (managing risk, governance, quality assurance, issue resolution, reporting). Experience in developing solutions for at-least two areas out of - IT Application Development, Application Support, Digital and Automation, Data Management, BPaaS, Claims, Enrollment, Contact Center, Clinical for US Health Plans.

Responsibilities

  • Own E2E solution design with customer problem statement, designing story and win themes, pricing model, crafting solution, orals, defense, and SoW creation
  • Steer solution, gather business requirements, track pipeline, develop pricing models, conduct market analysis, develop business solutions
  • Domain experience in US health insurance
  • Understand the customer’s challenges, elicitation of business & functional requirements
  • Articulate the value propositions, transformation themes and key differentiators for the deals
  • Develop solution and Deal Pricing: End-to-End execution of RFXs including preparing solution decks, response documents, capability demonstration decks, resource estimation and deal pricing
  • Liaise with Technical and BO Teams: Demonstrated ability to lead and to bring out creative aspects to techno commercial RFX responses in liaison with practices, delivery teams, COEs and other cross functional teams.
  • Anchor response to RFPs/RFIs, POCs/POVs in coordination with the sales team, SMEs /architects.

Required Professional Expertise and Experience

  • Must have - Experience in developing solutions for at-least two areas out of - IT Application Development, Application Support, Digital and Automation, Data Management, BPaaS, Claims, Enrollment, Contact Center, Clinical for US Health Plans
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Business Process Outsourcing experience at a Mid Manager level
  • Ability to work with Delivery leadership & SMEs at client’s organization and gain their trust
  • Exposure to IT Application Development, Application Support, Digital and Automation, Data Management, BPaaS, Claims, Enrollment, Contact Center, Clinical for US Health Plans
  • Exposure to US Health Insurance industry and processes preferred
  • Experience as either a strategy consultant with a leading consulting firm or as a member of an internal consulting group for a large company or extensive experience as client solution / proposal architect preferred
  • Enjoys operating in a high-growth and dynamic environment

 Education and other requirements:

  • Professional experience 12+ years
  • MBA from Premier / Tier I institute preferred
